Stress

According to our textbook, Psychology in Action, stress is defined as a nonspecific response of the body to any demand do on it. Our body is always experiencing just about type of stress, whether it is an eustress or a distress. Like many college students, I am always in a continual state of stress from worrying about my academic career.
